About Mama Noy

It’s a Family Affair.

The youngest of 11 siblings, Noy, and her family immigrated from Pakse Laos to the United States when she was three years old. Too young to remember everything, she did retain the memories of the delicious Laotian spices filling up her mother's kitchen. Throughout her childhood, Noy spent lots of time in the kitchen at her mother's side, learning the art of traditional Laotian cooking. She has fond memories of helping her mom sell crispy rice cookies, egg rolls, and stir fry noodles. These happy moments inspired Noy to follow in her mother's entrepreneurial footsteps.
